The second issue of Volume 2 of the International Journal of Neurology (1961) was dedicated to multiple sclerosis. It included editorials in Spanish and English, followed by studies exploring the immunological aspects of demyelinating encephalomyelitis, the biochemical composition of cerebrospinal fluid, and the clinical and evolutionary features of multiple sclerosis. Additional articles addressed ophthalmologic manifestations of the disease and reviewed therapeutic approaches available at the time. The issue also presented a report on cases of disseminated sclerosis in India, along with sections on personality and news.
